- The United Mileage Plus Merchandise Rewards promotion shall be
available to Elite members and Mileage Plus Visa Cardmembers through December
31st, 2009.
- Additionally, now through December 31st, 2009 , select Mileage
Plus members will be eligible to redeem miles from our merchandise rewards
catalog.
- Miles are not refundable once redeemed.
- All product orders are subject to product availability.

| Gift Card Terms and Conditions (Limited time
offer) |
- Gift cards will be available for mileage redemption through
December 31, 2009.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
- No exchanges or returns.
- To report a lost, stolen or damaged card, call 1-800-840-4733.
Mileage Plus is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- If card is visibly damaged, please refuse upon delivery and call
Brainstorm Logistics, LLC at 1-800-840-4733.
- Card terms and expiration dates may vary by gift card merchant.

| Shipping and Handling for
Merchandise |
- Merchandise will not be delivered to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. boxes.
Merchandise rewards can be shipped only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United
States.
- Items ordered at the same time may arrive separately. The cost of
regular shipping and handling is included in the mileage cost for each item.
- Merchandise will be delivered to your door within 3-4 weeks of
placing the order, with the exception of items requiring Velvet Glove Service
indicated with a white glove (See below for details on Velvet Glove Service).
Please allow 8 weeks for any furniture delivery.

| Velvet Glove Service |
- Velvet Glove Service is available on select items (miles indicated
include reward and Velvet Glove Service). All truck-shipped items will be
delivered via Velvet Glove Service.
- Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of Velvet Glove Service items unless
otherwise specified.

| Merchandise Return Policy |
- Please call the United Mileage Plus Rewards center with any
delivery issues at (866) 322-4579
- Product rewards may not be returned or exchanged unless proven to
be damaged or defective.
- No exchanges or returns on Apple products.
- Damaged or defective items must be returned within 30 days of
delivery. No exchanges or returns are accepted after 30 days. Please contact
customer service within 14 days of receipt via email at MileagePlusRewards@united.com.
- Products must be in their original packaging (with the exception
of Velvet Glove Service) and include batteries, cables, remote controls, etc.
- Under special circumstances approved by United Airlines products
may be returned for full mileage credit, less a 15% restocking fee of redeemed
miles.

- No exchanges or returns after 30 days
- No exchanges or returns on earrings.
- Miles will not be refunded for returned items after 30 days. Miles
will not be refunded for items altered in any way from original condition.
