Live Nation® Artist Meet and Greet Experiences The Artist Meet and Greet Experience is redeemable only via the Live Nation UMP concierge for select events at participating Live Nation owned and operated venues in the United States, while supplies last. The Experience is a "one time use only" reservation for you and a guest toward 1). Reserved seating to a select event; and 2). An Artist Meet N Greet prior or after the select event, to meet the artist(s) in person. Experience must be redeemed for a participating event a minimum of two weeks prior to the select event while supplies last. All Experiences are subject to Artist approvals. Once Experience is issued, it cannot be exchanged for other tickets, merchandise or another Experience. Other terms and conditions may apply to tickets and venues. Tickets to a particular show are not guaranteed. There may be additional service and parking fees charged for each ticket. If a show is canceled or rescheduled, this Experience can be substituted by a similar Experience of equal or lesser value.
House of Blues® VIP Experiences The House of Blues VIP Experience is redeemable only via the Live Nation UMP concierge for the following participating House of Blues clubs in the United States (subject to change): Anaheim, Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Orlando. The Experience is a "one time use only" reservation for you and a guest toward 1) Priority entry into a participating House of Blues music hall prior to commencement of a select concert; 2) Reserved seating to that select concert; and where applicable, 3) Access to Foundation Room during and after the concert. Foundation Room access applies only to the following House of Blues clubs: Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles (subject to change). Experience must be redeemed by December 1, 2010 for a select event through December 30, 2010, while supplies last. Once Experience is issued, it cannot be exchanged for other tickets, merchandise or another Experience. Other terms and conditions may apply to tickets and venues. Tickets to a particular show are subject to availability at time of order. There may be additional parking fees charged for each ticket. If a show is canceled or rescheduled, this Experience can be substituted by a similar Experience of equal or lesser value.
Foundation Room® Memberships Foundation Room Standard Membership guarantees access to every House of Blues Foundation Room, currently located in Atlantic City, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and New Orleans (subject to change). Every Foundation Room membership is accompanied by the services of a Foundation Room Concierge, exclusive ticketing privileges and advance notification of House of Blues shows, special events expressly designed for members and House of Blues venue benefits that may include preferred parking, preferred seating in the House of Blues restaurants, limited complimentary world-famous Sunday Gospel Brunch® tickets, House of Blues Company Store® discounts and other membership perks. To begin your Foundation Room Standard Membership, you will be required to sign the Foundation Room Membership Application.
House of Blues® Gift Cards House of Blues Gift Cards can be redeemed onsite only at participating House of Blues clubs in the United States: New Orleans, Los Angeles, Chicago, Cleveland, Myrtle Beach, Orlando, Las Vegas, Anaheim, San Diego, Boston, Houston or Dallas; toward the purchase of eligible products. Products include eligible concert tickets, merchandise and food and beverage. Purchases are deducted from the Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Card account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. Cards cannot be redeemed online. It does not permit entry to any club’s music hall, concert performances, Foundation Room, or backstage. The Card is void where prohibited by law. The Card cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. No Cash Value or Cash Back. Not for sale or resale. The Card is not replaceable if lost or stolen. Live Nation is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use. The Card has no expiration date. However, in certain states, after a certain period of time, we may remit the cash associated with unused gift card balances to certain states pursuant to their abandoned property laws. The Card cannot be combined with any other Cards, gift certificates or other coupons.
Live Nation® Concert Cash™ The Code is redeemable only on the Live Nation website located at www.livenation.com/mileageplus. The Code is a "one time use only" voucher code good toward $50 or $100-off final ticket purchase for a select concert at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venue in the United States, based on availability under this program; or $50 or $100-off select merchandise sold at the Live Nation Store. Code must be redeemed by 11:59 PM local time on December 31, 2010. Tickets and Merchandise are redeemable until December 31, 2010, while supplies last. If Code is used more than once, Live Nation reserves the right to (a) cancel any ticket and/or merchandise order, or (b) charge user's credit card for value of tickets and/or merchandise after shipment. Once tickets are issued, they cannot be exchanged for other tickets or merchandise. Other terms and conditions may apply to tickets and venues. Tickets to a particular show are not guaranteed. There may be additional service and parking fees charged for each ticket. Once Merchandise is issued, it cannot be exchanged for other tickets. Merchandise may be exchanged for other merchandise of equal or lesser value. Limited to merchandise purchases of up to $500. Certain exclusions apply. Excludes fan clubs and ticket packages. Offer Availability
- The United Mileage Plus Merchandise Rewards promotion shall be available to Mileage Plus members through June 30th, 2010.

| Shipping and Handling for Merchandise |
- Merchandise will not be delivered to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. boxes. Merchandise rewards can be shipped only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.
- Items ordered at the same time may arrive separately. The cost of regular shipping and handling is included in the mileage cost for each item.
- Merchandise will be delivered to your door within 3-4 weeks of placing the order, with the exception of items requiring Velvet Glove Service indicated with a white glove (See below for details on Velvet Glove Service). Please allow 8 weeks for any furniture delivery.

- Velvet Glove Service is available on select items (miles indicated include reward and Velvet Glove Service). All truck-shipped items will be delivered via Velvet Glove Service.

- Product rewards may not be returned or exchanged unless proven to be damaged or defective.
- No exchanges or returns on Apple products.
- Damaged or defective items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. No exchanges or returns are accepted after 30 days. Please contact customer service within 14 days of receipt via email at MileagePlusRewards@united.com.
- Products must be in their original packaging (with the exception of Velvet Glove Service) and include batteries, cables, remote controls, etc.
- Under special circumstances approved by United Airlines products may be returned for full mileage credit, less a 15% restocking fee of redeemed miles.
